The app is not receiving any data from the sensor. The sensor has too little light. The sensor needs sunlight to function. Put it in the sun for two minutes. Then see whether the connection indicator in the app changes to connected.
Bluetooth and / or location services are turned off.Bluetooth and location services could be turned off. To be able to receive sensor data, however, Bluetooth must be switched on (iPhone and Android). With Android, the location services are also required because Bluetooth only works on the operating system (see also "App authorizations were not granted.").
App permissions were not granted. With Android, Bluetooth only works if location services and Bluetooth are activated and the appropriate permissions have been granted. The reason for this: Bluetooth scans can be used to determine which other devices are in the vicinity and to infer the approximate location of a person.

I can no longer find the sensor code.Install the app nRF Connect from the app store (a bluetooth scan app). Place the sensor in the sun and your phone next to it. Start the nRF-ConnectApp. Press the scan button in the top right corner of the app. The app lists all the names of the Bluetooth devices in your area. One has a 4-digit code made up of letters and numbers. It may take a few seconds for it to show up. This is your sensor code.
