General
My dermatologist thinks sun-a-wear is good / bad!
We are always interested in feedback from professionals to make sun-a-wear even better. Just send an email to support@sun-a-wear.com.
Do you also ship sun-a-wear sensors to countries other than Switzerland?
Yes, we ship to Switzerland, the United States, and to Germany. However, if you live somewhere else, please contact us by email. Then we'll see what we can do for you.
Does the sun-a-wear app warn me before I get sunburn?
In short: no. You can find the detailed answer in our knowledgebase.
How will my order be shipped?
United States: We ship to all of the United States for free (USPS). Usually you receive your package after 1-3 workdays.
Switzerland: If you place your order on a weekday by 2 p.m., your sensor will be sent out with Swiss A-Post the same day. So you'll receive your sensor the next day. If for any reasons that's not the case, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
Germany: Packages are sent using Swiss Post and take 4-5 workdays.

Can I take the sensor with me into the solarium?
You shouldn't. The sensor is designed to measure natural sunlight and cannot function correctly in the solarium.

Yes, it is waterproof and therefore suitable for all everyday activities. But you shouldn't dive deep with it.
